Overview

To many, the Koenigsegg CCX looked like a mere evolution of the CCR. However, the reality could not have been further from the truth. The CCX was a true third-generation Koenigsegg model, developed on an enlarged chassis with almost no carried-over components. The CCX featured the latest technology available, including a new engine, new suspension and new aerodynamics. The CCX was designed to break records – and with its long list of achievements, this goal was not only achieved, but far exceeded.
