Singer Vehicle design is the brain child of ex rock musician Rob Dickinson. His company offers something very simple yet extraordinary - the restoration and outwardly restrained modification of air cooled Porsche 911’s. These machines are undoubtedly masterpieces of next generation engineering. The incredible attention to detail is what makes these restored vehicles some of the most amazingly unique in the world.
At Carage our highly trained and experienced team are on hand to welcome owners and to discuss Singer’s services as and requirements. All customers will have access to expert, in-country servicing and maintenance from a trusted associate. Every client receives a bespoke service and without fail, the undivided attention of our personell.
Singer Vehicle Design’s motto “Everything is important" fits in perfectly with that of Carage which is “If you stop improving, you stop being good”. Both pay extremely close attention to detail as well as perfection and continually endeavor to better themselves.
Each of Carage’s vehicles are of utmost exclusivity and supreme performance which makes Singer Vehicle Design the perfect fit.
We very much look forward to this exciting adventure with Singer Vehicle Design in Switzerland and are excited to see more of these fantastically rare cars on our Swiss roads.
Often our pursuit begins with a simple question.
Through the Classic Study we asked: “What if the DNA of this iconic sports car was reimagined for the twenty-first century?”
This was the beginning of the Porsche 911 reimagined by Singer Series.
For the Dynamics & Lightweighting Study, there was a new question from owners.
“What if Singer evolved that iconic Porsche DNA further, using knowledge born from the world of Formula 1?”
Together with our clients we would pursue a vision for the most advanced air-cooled 911 in the world.
In 2022 a new question emerged in collaboration with owners.
“How might the DNA of Porsche’s first ‘Supercar’ evolve for the modern era?”
This led to the Turbo Study, a celebration of the origins of the Porsche 911’s turbocharged heritage, with performance and refinement reimagined for the twenty-first century.
